D2D Labs provides diagnostic and medical testing services through its network of associated diagnostic centers, collection centers, and partner laboratories. These services are accessible via our website, mobile application, or phone, as applicable. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as our privacy policy and disclaimer.

Nature of Services

D2D Labs acts as an aggregator and technology intermediary, facilitating access to diagnostic services. We do not provide medical assessments, diagnoses, or consultations. The results and reports generated through our partner labs are solely for informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Accuracy and Quality of Services

While we take every precaution to ensure that only high-quality diagnostic labs are associated with us, D2D Labs does not take responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of services provided by the partner labs. The responsibility for the validity and accuracy of test reports solely lies with the respective diagnostic centers.

User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including login details and passwords.
  • D2D Labs shall not be liable for unauthorized access to user accounts due to negligence in maintaining account security.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information while booking diagnostic tests.

Liability Disclaimer

  • D2D Labs is not responsible for any medical assessment, treatment decisions, or actions taken based on the diagnostic reports provided by partner labs.
  • We do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of test results and strongly advise consulting a qualified medical professional for interpretation and further medical advice.
  • D2D Labs is not liable for any errors, delays, or issues arising due to third-party laboratory operations.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation & Refund Eligibility     
    • Booking cancellations are allowed before the test or home sample collection begins.
    • No refunds after the test has been completed.
    • If service is not provided due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed.
    • For issues with lab partners, customers should contact them directly, and D2D Labs will assist in coordination.                  
  • Refund Process                                               
    • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
    • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
    • Online payments will be credited to the same account.
    • Refunds will be completed within 7 working days.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

D2D Labs reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where D2D Labs operates.
